Diet Journal - iPhone App for women

Diet Journal is a diet tracking app that women with iPhones will appreciate.

It allows women to track their diet using one's iPhone.

It Features:
* Over 7,000 food items as recorded from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
* Organized in an intuitive way, so one can find their food item quickly!
* Daily summary of calories or carbs
* See History for any day in the past
* E-mail your History for any range of days
* See a weekly summary of what you ate

To use, just select the day of the week you are tracking:




















Then follow these simple steps:
1) Select a food, by first selecting your food's category
2) Choose the sub-category and other category
3) Find your food item (you can do a search as well).

You also have the option of selecting your portion size.






































You can then toggle between always displaying carbs or calories (using the settings button).

You can always see your journal history by selecting the 'History' button. You even have the option of emailing this journal.
