To use, just select the day of the week you are tracking:

Then follow these simple steps:
1) Select a food, by first selecting your food's category
2) Choose the sub-category and other category
3) Find your food item (you can do a search as well).
You also have the option of selecting your portion size.


You can then toggle between always displaying carbs or calories (using the settings button).
You can always see your journal history by selecting the 'History' button. You even have the option of emailing this journal.
